JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Team Leader in Components, you have a central role in leading and developing daily production in our prefabrication. You ensure that work is planned, staffed, and executed efficiently, with quality assurance and safety in mind. The role involves close collaboration with the production team and internal clients, where you are responsible for creating good conditions for delivery precision and a stable production flow.

Examples of tasks/responsibilities in the role:

• Plan, lead, execute, and follow up on daily work within Logistics, including staffing and detailed planning.
• Be a natural contact point for internal clients and other functions within Components.
• Ensure that safety work, safety rounds, risk assessments, and workplace environment follow-ups are conducted according to applicable routines.
• Ensure good quality in performed work and drive a business-oriented approach throughout the production process.
• Monitor and streamline material flows and deliveries, and be responsible for financial follow-up within your area (e.g., hours, efficiency, budget/forecast).
• Develop the business, group, and individuals with a coaching approach.
• Deliver and improve flow/business/work methods based on LEAN principles and methods.
• Ensure that work complies with applicable laws, collective agreements, and internal routines.

The role includes responsibility for personnel, workplace environment, and budget. You report to the Production Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

To succeed and thrive in the role, we are looking for someone who works in a structured manner and is used to planning, executing, following up, and delivering according to set goals and timelines. You have a good ability to communicate and collaborate with others as the work is performed in close cooperation with both your own workgroup and other workgroups.

We are looking for someone who has:

• High school education or equivalent deemed comparable.
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the role, preferably with experience in a leading position within Logistics/Warehousing.
• Driver's license B.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Post-secondary education.
• Professional experience in manufacturing industry and LEAN principles/methods.
• Experience in leadership/personnel responsibility.

Work outside regular office hours may occur, and we work in various locations along the railway, so travel may be required in the position.
